Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Returns initiated after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)

  • Earrings or other pierced jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as NotVelleity is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

Exception: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a prepaid label. Contact us at NotVelleity@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email NotVelleity@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide instructions (and a prepaid label, if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and ship it back using the method of your choice.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Indicate this when starting your return, and we'll ship the replacement once we receive your original item (subject to availability). For faster service, you may also place a new order and return the original item separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery at NotVelleity@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund — your choice.
